ph3Job Description /h3 pTechnip Energies is a world‑leading engineering and technology company with more than 60 years of experience, focused on accelerating the energy transition and engineering a sustainable future. /p h3About the role /h3 pCompensation Benefits Specialist, Barcelona, Spain. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liUses the Technip Energies’ Grading System to ensure alignment of Compensation and Benefits schemes across entities. /li liPrepares and analyzes HR budget support documentation (headcount and personnel cost evolution). /li liMonitors application of yearly salary increase policy, ensuring data integrity and consistency. /li liAnalyzes information related to HR budget expenses for each unit. /li liMonitors manpower and workforce evolution in each department and reports deviations to management, suggesting actions. /li liPrepares statistical reports on turnover, demographics and other staff information. /li liParticipates in designing, developing and implementing rewards and benefits policies at local and regional level. /li liBenchmarks compensation and benefits processes of other companies.
