As Global Head of SDR, you lead a premier cybersecurity capability within ING’s Global CISO organization. You will shape threat detection and response strategy, leveraging AI/ML to protect the bank, customers, and reputation. You will drive global transformation, align SDR with business and technology goals, and report on progress to senior leadership. This role offers visibility at scale, impact on risk reduction, and the chance to influence ING’s security trajectory and technology choices.

• Translate global security strategy into SDR roadmaps and manage delivery
• Ensure SDR services evolve to meet threats, regulatory expectations, and tech trends
• Embed security into business/tech strategy for secure innovation and growth
• Lead a global team of Product Owners, Process Managers, and Service Managers
• Act as Chief Product Owner for global SDR services
• Foster agile, cross-functional collaboration across tribes, squads, and chapters
• Manage strategic partners and third-party providers for compliance and value delivery
• Own SDR portfolio, budget,



and investment priorities to reduce risk and maximize value
• Define strategic objectives and KPIs aligned with risk appetite and resilience goals

Responsabilidades
• 10-15 years of leadership in cybersecurity or related fields
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline; professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM
• Proven experience building and operating security services including monitoring, detection, incident response, and threat intelligence
• Strong understanding of data analytics, AI/ML-driven security use cases, and emerging technologies
• Track record of strategic roadmaps and large-scale transformation with xqbhyrx measurable risk reduction
• Financial and operational management skills including budgeting and portfolio management
• Knowledge of cybersecurity laws and regulatory expectations in regulated industries
• Ability to lead diverse, cross-geographical teams and influence executives and regulators
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in highly regulated environments is advantageous
