consistency and competitiveness of warehouse automation solutions throughout the entire pre‑sales and design lifecycle /li liTransforming and scaling the division to support business units worldwide by establishing the structures, processes, methods and tools required for international growth /li liPromoting standardisation, reusability and continuous improvement of design and engineering practices to enhance quality and efficiency at scale /li liNurturing and developing talent – coaching leaders, building capabilities and fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration and personal responsibility /li /ul h3Desired qualifications and experience /h3 pYou are a visionary leader who sets the direction and inspires others in a positive way.
