ph3Role Purpose /h3 pThe Data AI Lead role is responsible for designing and architecting agentic tax workflows, underpinned by AI‑ready data products and robust data engineering. This role sits at the intersection of tax domain understanding, data architecture and engineering, and applied AI and agent orchestration. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign agentic workflows for tax processes, including task‑level agent responsibilities, agent‑to‑agent communication patterns, human‑in‑the‑loop and escalation models, feedback loops and agent performance monitoring, and reusable agent blueprints. /li liApply leading‑edge agentic‑driven design and build methodologies (e.g., Codex, Factory AI, GitHub Copilot). /li liDesign and oversee AI‑ready data marts that expose tax data at the right grain, maintain lineage and quality controls, and support deterministic and probabilistic reasoning. /li liLead data ingestion and transformation from ERP systems, tax platforms, semi‑structured documents, and external data sources. /li liEmbed agent and workflow governance and security, ensuring compatibility with client governance models and technology such as Microsoft Agent 365, and design real‑time controls and risk monitoring. /li liArchitect solutions deployable within client environments (e.g., ServiceNow) and within EY‑hosted platforms, ensuring reusable IP through agent blueprints, data mart patterns, and orchestration logic. /li liAct as technical authority within the CoE, develop reference architectures, patterns, and accelerators, and support PoCs, pilots, and scaled deployments. /li /ul h3Required Experience Background /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience; advanced certifications in AI,
machine learning, cloud computing, or data engineering are highly advantageous. /li li15+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and analytics, including building SQL databases, database design, and data modeling. /li liHands‑on experience with modern data platforms and AI tooling such as Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow, LangChain, and LangGraph. /li liStrong grounding in data modeling, data governance and quality, and large‑scale data integration. /li liHands‑on experience applying AI/ML or advanced analytics in production environments. /li liProficiency in programming or scripting languages (C++, Java, Python) and key ML libraries (PyTorch, PySpark, scikit‑learn, Hugging Face Transformers). /li liComfortable working with both business stakeholders and data AI engineers. /li liExperience shaping technical strategy and operating models. /li liStrong verbal and written communication skills. /li liExcellent problem‑solving skills and an insatiable desire to learn and keep up with technology developments. /li /ul h3Desirable Experience /h3 ul liPrior work in tax technology or finance platforms. /li liExperience with agentic AI concepts, orchestration, or workflow‑driven automation. /li liExposure to cloud‑based data platforms and modern AI stacks. /li /ul h3Success Measures /h3 ul liQuality and reusability of AI‑ready data marts. /li liStability and scalability of agent deployments. /li liSpeed from Lean design to working agent. /li liReuse of assets across clients and service lines. /li /ul pTo help create an equitable and inclusive experience during the recruitment process, please inform us as soon as possible about any disability‑related adjustments or accommodations you may need. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
