Experteer Overview
In this role you lead multidisciplinary teams to drive end-to-end transformations for insurance functions such as claims, pricing, and underwriting. You will work across global, cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and participate in international engagements under BCG's travel standards. You help shape large-scale insurance programs and collaborate with global leaders to advance transformation initiatives. Responsabilidades
• At least 8 years of professional experience including at least 3 years in insurance pricing, claims or underwriting
• Previous consulting experience preferred; experience in insurance-related firms valued
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex business challenges
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across different levels
• Fluency in English and Spanish
