In this role you will drive AI-powered finance transformation, turning data into actionable insights across planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will lead end-to-end digital product initiatives, collaborating with Finance, Digital Finance, and IT to scale AI solutions and automate processes. The position sits at the crossroads of finance, data science, and digital innovation, enabling smarter decisions and measurable transformation across a global organization. You’ll work to industrialize finance processes and accelerate adoption of new operating models.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI, agentic workflow, and analytics solutions to improve finance decision-making and efficiency
• Own digital products end-to-end from strategy to adoption and value realization
• Collaborate with Finance, Digital Finance, and Data u0026 IT to define data needs and roadmap for AI/ML capabilities




• Industrialize finance processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable AI, automation, and digital solutions
• Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and MVPs translating business needs into scalable solutions
• Build strategic partnerships across Finance and other functions to deliver transformation impact

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
• 5-8 years of Finance experience in a global, complex organization
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, performance xqbhyrx management, and business analytics
• Hands-on experience or strong learning agility with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, NotebookLM, Gamma, Synthesia)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including engagement with senior leaders
• Fluent English written and spoken
