ph3Construction Environmental Health Safety Manager – Construction Safety /h3 pLocation: Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the implementation and continuous improvement of construction safety programs across active project sites. /li liProvide leadership and oversight to site safety professionals, ensuring consistent execution of safety policies and procedures. /li liPartner with project leadership, contractors, and field teams to integrate safety planning into construction activities and project execution. /li liConduct safety audits, site assessments, and program evaluations to identify risks and implement corrective actions. /li liEnsure compliance with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations. /li liLead incident investigations, root‑cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence. /li liDevelop and deliver safety training programs, orientations, and leadership coaching for field personnel and contractors. /li liSupport the development and execution of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. /li liEstablish and monitor key safety performance metrics and provide reporting and insights to leadership. /li liServe as the primary safety liaison with internal stakeholders, contractors, and project leadership teams. /li liPromote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive hazard identification across construction operations. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health Safety, Construction Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. /li li8–10 years of construction safety experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. /li liDemonstrated experience managing safety programs within complex construction environments. /li liStrong leadership, communication,
