ppJob Description: Role Overview The SAP HCM Junior Consultant will support the HR Service Delivery Payroll Team in the delivery of SAP Payroll services for German accounts. Working under the guidance of senior consultants, the role will focus on supporting payroll and time management activities, system maintenance, issue analysis, and payroll and Time configuration tasks. The consultant will gain hands-on experience in payroll processing, SAP HCM configuration, troubleshooting, and customer support while progressively developing expertise in SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the execution of payroll and time management processes for assigned customer accounts. /liliAssist in the analysis of payroll and time schemas to investigate payroll discrepancies and support issue resolution. /liliPerform basic SAP HCM and Payroll configuration activities, including wage types, basic pay setup, and organizational assignments under supervision. /liliSupport the maintenance and testing of payroll schemas, PCRs, and configuration changes. /liliInvestigate and resolve standard payroll and time management incidents with guidance from senior consultants. /liliParticipate in payroll-related projects and enhancement activities as part of a cross-functional team. /liliAssist with system testing, documentation, and validation of payroll changes. /liliMaintain accurate ticket updates and ensure timely communication through ticket management tools. /liliSupport legal and customer-specific payroll requirements through standard SAP configuration and testing activities. /liliCollaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure high-quality service delivery. /liliContinuously develop SAP Payroll and HCM knowledge through training and on-the-job learning. /li /ulh3Key Skills Required /h3ulliBasic knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll.
