This role will drive the development, adoption, and implementation of next-generation solutions that transform traditional account management into data-driven supply chain consulting. Stockwise represents a strategic investment in supply chain management transformation, offering customized support to FBA Sellers across all our account management teams. Working closely with WW FBA teams, you will help evolve our traditional Account Managers into 10X Account Managers (10XAMs) by implementing solutions that combine human expertise with AI capabilities. Through this transformation, we'll enable Sellers to optimize their operations, unlock growth opportunities, and navigate complex supply chain challenges. With exposure to senior leadership across WW FBA, Marketplace and Operations teams, you will shape the future of FBA supply chain management, working at the intersection of business transformation, operational excellence, and seller success. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive the adoption and scaling of AI-powered supply chain management solutions, directly impacting seller growth and profitability /liliOwn the business strategy and roadmap for Stockwise's AI solutions, including the mechanism to track their performance, adoption, impact to the business, and feedback loops for continuous improvement /liliLead the business-technical collaboration with WW FBA teams to create scalable AI supply chain solutions that improve Seller support /liliPartner with Account Managers to identify critical use cases and prioritize AI development opportunities /liliCreate, design, and implement AI prototypes beyond Stockwise aiming to optimize supply chain processes /liliGather and synthesize Voice of the Seller feedback to inform program development and identify pain points /liliLead performance reviews on Stockwise with senior leadership,



synthesizing complex data into actionable insights /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications /h3ulli5+ years of experience in program/product management, management consulting, account management, supply chain, or related roles /liliTrack record of earning trust and influencing without authority across multiple stakeholder groups /liliExcellence in senior-level written and verbal communication /liliStrong analytical and program management skills with focus on data-driven decision making /liliSharp attention to detail and dive deep skills /liliExperience in designing, creating, and driving adoption of new business solutions /liliCapable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-evolving space /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience developing AI solutions using AWS services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker) /liliTrack record of managing complex AI/ML programs with demonstrated business impact /liliUnderstanding of supply chain optimization and inventory management /liliKnowledge of FBA operations and seller pain points /liliExpertise in SQL, Python, and modern AI/ML frameworks /liliMBA or advanced technical degree /li /ulpAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
