In this role you will be a senior technical advisor to strategic Autodesk customers, helping them maximize product adoption and realize business outcomes. You’ll deliver live coaching, create scalable service offerings, and produce digital content that demonstrates best practices. You work within the Technical Adoption group in Customer Success, collaborating with general teams to drive adoption of Autodesk Forma and related tools. This position offers opportunities to shape adoption programs and influence customer success at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Forma xqbhyrx Build and Forma Data Management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Bilingual: Spanish and English (spoken)
