ppDescripción del trabajo /ppbField Service Engineer – Pais Vasco, Spain /b /ppOur field service engineers are instrumental in providing first class customer experience when repairing and maintaining our products on customer sites. /ppWe have a great opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Spain. In this role you will be covering our Breast and Skeletal Health medical imaging and Diagnostics equipment primarily across Basque Country, Navarra, Cantabria and Burgos. To service the territory successfully you will be based around Bilbao area ideally. /ppWe're looking for people who have engineering experience (electrical/mechanical) preferably from within a medical device background, are happy to be in the field travelling to support our customers and who love troubleshooting and finding solutions. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliCarry out maintenance and repair work on Hologic products /liliInstall instruments at customer sites /liliLiaise with customer IT departments and assist with information systems installations and troubleshooting /liliSupport marketing activities such as exhibitions /liliRoutinely complete administrative work, such as but not limited to: Time Reports, Expense Reports, Equipment Site Assessments, Inventory Reports,



Equipment Checklists and Field Service Reports /liliProvide basic usemaintenance training to customers /liliPerform duties and responsibilities with autonomy in a field-based environment /li /ulh3KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS EXPERIENCE /h3ulliAbility to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems /liliExcellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills /liliExperience working in similar/comparable customer-based environment /liliEffective Time Management Skills /liliAbility to accurately diagnose issues as described over the phone by Field Service Engineers/customers /liliProficient use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) /liliKnowledge of network and interfacing with the ability to progress though training /liliGood level of spoken and written English /li /ulpSo why join Hologic? /ppWe are committed to making Hologic the company where top talent comes to grow.
