As Associate Director, Data Analytics – Delivery Region Europe, you will sit at the intersection of business, analytics, and technology, shaping high-impact data products that enable smarter decisions and measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, influence strategic priorities, and lead the end-to-end delivery of trusted, governed data solutions—from concept to adoption. If you’re passionate about turning complex data challenges into business value and thrive in a highly visible role where your expertise directly impacts organizational success, we’d love to hear from you. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into high-impact data and analytics initiatives. /li liShape and prioritize a regional data and analytics roadmap aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes. /li liLead end-to-end delivery of data products from concept, development, and deployment through adoption. /li liTransform complex business requirements into actionable product backlogs, epics, and user stories. /li liDrive implementation of scalable data pipelines, transformations, and analytics solutions across enterprise platforms. /li liEnsure data products meet quality, governance, security,



and compliance standards throughout the lifecycle. /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, engineering, and governance functions. /li liLead stakeholder communications, business readiness activities, and user adoption initiatives. /li liMonitor solution performance, service reliability, and value realization after deployment. /li liChampion continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, data quality, and business engagement. /li /ul h3Essential Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. /li liStrong business analysis and requirements management skills in complex, cross-functional environments. /li liAdvanced expertise in Structured Query Language and modern cloud-based data platforms. /li liHands‑on experience delivering scalable data pipelines, transformation workflows, and analytics products. /li liStrong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality practices. /li liExperience with Snowflake and enterprise data orchestration technologies. /li liProficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and testing activities.
