Please note that all benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the plan document or insurance policy. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or GED. /li liOne or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. /li liWillingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. /li liAt least 18 years of age. /li liDemonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. /li liLegally authorized to work in the United States. /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 ul liAbility to lift 10 pounds. /li liAbility to stand for long periods of time. /li /ul h3Training Requirements /h3 pAll Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
