Technical support will be handled through either email, telephone or on site at our users’ premises. Your role will include the following tasks: /pulliProviding technical support to channel partners; /liliProviding robotic application support and consultations to channel partners and Dobot sales team; /liliDeveloping/ Translating technical training curriculums and conducting technical training courses for channel partners and technical workshops for end users; /liliDeveloping partners and users’ technical knowledge and competencies in Dobot robots and applications; /liliPreparing/Translating technical documentation; /liliParticipating in customer visits; /liliParticipating in trade shows and seminars; /liliDeveloping applications for trade shows and seminars. /li /ulpbQualifications: /b /pulliBachelor degree or higher in Machatronics/ Engineering or other related subjects; /liliMinimum 3 years’ experience in robotics or automation industry; /liliExperience in designing and integrating robotic applications; /liliExperience in conducting seminars/ trainings; /liliExcellent in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues; /liliExcellent computer and interpersonal skills; /liliProficiency in a high-level programming language such as C++/Java/Python/Lua (a plus) /liliAdvanced-level Spanish and English skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
