ppBofill Arquitectura is looking for a BIM Manager to join our international architecture team at La Fàbrica, Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona). /p pBofill Arquitectura is an internationally recognized architecture studio working on large-scale cultural, residential, hospitality, mixed-use and urban projects across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Central Africa. /p pWe are seeking a highly experienced BIM professional capable of leading BIM implementation, multidisciplinary coordination and digital project delivery across complex international developments. /p pThe selected candidate will be responsible for managing BIM standards, coordinating project teams, supervising digital workflows and ensuring the successful integration of architecture, interior design, landscape and engineering disciplines throughout all project phases. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead BIM implementation across large-scale international projects /li liDevelop and manage BIM standards, templates, workflows and quality control procedures /li liDefine and supervise BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model structures and coordination protocols /li liCoordinate multidisciplinary BIM teams across architecture, interior design, landscape, structure, MEP and specialist consultants /li liManage model federation, clash detection and digital coordination processes /li liOrganize project deliverables, workflows and digital production strategies /li liSupervise BIM quality control, model audits and information management processes /li liCoordinate directly with clients,



consultants, contractors and project managers /li liSupport project planning, resource allocation and delivery schedules /li liMentor BIM architects and support team development /li liParticipate in digital innovation and process improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Profile: /h3 ul liArchitect, Engineer or related technical discipline /li liStrong experience as BIM Manager, BIM Lead or Senior BIM Coordinator /li liExperience managing BIM teams on large-scale international projects /li liStrong knowledge of Autodesk Revit /li liExperience working within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM360 environments /li liStrong understanding of Common Data Environments (CDE) and collaborative workflows /li liExperience with Navisworks Manage for multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection /li liUnderstanding of ISO 19650 standards and BIM delivery methodologies /li liStrong understanding of project delivery processes from concept design through construction documentation /li liExperience organizing workflows, deliverables and team responsibilities /li liStrong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills /li liExperience working with international teams and multicultural environments /li liKnowledge of Dynamo, Rhino.Inside, Grhasshopper, interoperability workflows and BIM automation tools is highly valued /li liExperience in façade coordination and building envelope systems is valued /li liHigh level of English required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
