As an Industry Technical Consultant, you troubleshoot complex client issues in cooling, pre-treatment and reclaim applications while educating technical audiences. You collaborate with sales and Ru0026amp;D to translate technical insights into value, support market opportunities, and drive innovative solutions across Europe. You will lead pilots and trials, document savings, and coach teams to deploy effective water-management technologies. This role offers autonomy, growth, and a chance to contribute to sustainability-focused engineering at a general leader.

• Troubleshoot and solve complex client problems in cooling, pre-treatment and reclaim applications
• Provide training and ongoing support to technical audiences and client teams
• Collaborate with field sales and corporate account teams on technical sales opportunities
• Demonstrate and quantify system optimization and value delivered by integrated chemistry, automation, digital tools, equipment, and engineered solutions
• Lead root cause analysis to resolve application or best practice concerns at customer sites
• Assess water treatment programs and quantify operational efficiency improvements in documented reports
• Collaborate with Ru0026D and Marketing on innovation projects from ideation to launch, including Phase Gate milestones
• Lead innovation pilot applications, technical trials and market trials
• Facilitate training for associates and customers to build proficiency
• Support corporate account managers and sales reps with technical xqbhyrx insights for at-corporate level presentations
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong technical knowledge of water and pre-treatment solutions
• 5+ years in technical implementation, production management, process engineering, technical sales, or field sales support
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record
