In this role you drive research-backed tourism strategies across Europe, contributing to climate adaptation and sustainable development initiatives. You will collaborate with ICF’s multidisciplinary integral network to deliver high-impact projects and policy-oriented deliverables. Expect fieldwork, data analysis, and client-facing responsibilities that shape destination strategies and investments. • Lead day-to-day management of tourism projects and serve as the client liaison to ensure on-time delivery
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (desk reviews, interviews, focus groups, surveys)
• Analyze tourism data and trends to inform strategic decisions
• Perform benchmarking, comparative analyses, and action planning for destinations
• Support development of tourism strategies, investment plans, and climate adaptation frameworks
• Prepare deliverables such as reports,
presentations, and policy briefs
• Contribute to business development through proposals, networking, and thought leadership
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams globally and participate in fieldwork across destinations
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tourism, Economics, or related field; additional environmental and climate studies welcomed
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in tourism consulting, development, public policy, or research
• Strong research and analytical skills with experience xqbhyrx in tourism statistics and data interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable; other European languages are a plus
