We are hiring a Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team in Barcelona, Spain. No prior experience
is required — we provide full training and everything you need to
succeed from day one. You will be the first point of contact for
Slovenian-speaking customers, helping them resolve queries,
providing product and service information, and delivering an
outstanding experience with every interaction. This is an
entry-level role with real growth potential in an international,
multicultural environment. What You Will Do Respond to customer
inquiries in Slovenian via phone, email, and live chat Provide
accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the
appropriate team Log all customer interactions accurately in the
CRM system Meet individual and team performance targets (quality,
resolution time, satisfaction scores) Contribute to a positive team
culture and continuously improve your knowledge base What We Are
Looking For Native or near-native Slovenian language skills (spoken
and written) — essential Good level of English (working language of
the office) — essential No experience required — full training is
provided from your first day Strong communication skills and a
genuine desire to help people Patience, empathy, and a positive
attitude under pressure Comfortable using computers and learning
new tools quickly Eligible to work in Spain (EU passport holder or
