ph3Overview /h3pAt ING we are looking for a Non-Financial Risk Specialist to join the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Team of ING Spain. In the role of NFR Specialist, you will report to the Head of NFR. ING is restructuring its processes, controls, and infrastructure to transform into a Digital Bank with end-to-end “straight through processing”. The NFR team oversees global NFR policies and best practices within ING Spain, advising and challenging risk/control owners on the effectiveness of risk identification and mitigation. The team monitors and reports ING Spain’s adherence to the NFR risk appetite and produces the quarterly Non-Financial Risk dashboard (NFRD) report. The NFR team focuses on: /pullibControl Risk /b /lilibProcessing Risk /b /lilibUnauthorized Activities /b /lilibEmployment Practices /b /lilibPersonal and Physical Security /b /lilibInformation Technology Risks /b /lilibContinuity and Operational Resilience Risk /b /lilibInternal and External Fraud /b /li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3ulliBe a trusted NFR advisor towards IT and Business management. /liliSupport, challenge and monitor NFR risk management processes and quality. /liliParticipate in and challenge risk assessments on key strategic projects and programs. /liliSupport the Business and IT management on issue identification, risk rating assessment, action definition and follow-up until issue solving. /liliContribute to the development, maintenance and rollout of NFR Frameworks, Policies, Minimum Standards and Procedures. /liliPerform Quality Assurance or deep-dive reviews as part of second-line monitoring. /liliIdentify external/internal developments, initiatives, and threats and translate them into the risk strategy. /liliMonitor the design and effectiveness of controls. /liliContribute to the identification of impact and coordination of responses to regulatory changes, ECB reports, etc., and monitor follow-up on regulatory issue solving. /liliSupport the Head of NFR with research, risk profile assessment and reporting to Senior Management. /liliGenerate awareness related to risk management within the organization. /liliDevelop and maintain training modules and train the IT/business community. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliExperience as NFR with approximately 5 years minimum.
