In this role you own and continuously improve global marketing processes from awareness to MQL, collaborating with Sales Excellence to create scalable, customer-centric workflows across international markets. You will define the end-to-end marketing engagement and lead management pipelines, while driving governance, adoption, and data-driven improvements. You’ll partner with Marketing, Digital Experience, Campaign Operations and Sales Operations to align processes with business goals and regulatory standards. This position offers the chance to shape how marketing operates at a global scale and to drive measurable impact across regions.

• Own the global marketing engagement process and optimize end-to-end workflows; maintain the general process roadmap and governance; drive adoption across headquarters and affiliates.
• Define and optimize the customer lifecycle framework and engagement strategies across segments; ensure a consistent, customer-centric experience across channels.
• Own the lead management process, set qualification standards, ensure Marketing-to-Sales handover, and identify funnel improvements.




• Act as business owner for marketing CRM and Marketing Automation processes; specify requirements and prioritize improvements with IT and Sales Operations.
• Establish marketing process standards and manage the improvement roadmap; monitor adoption and impact; lead change management initiatives.
• Define KPIs for marketing processes; monitor engagement, funnel and conversion metrics; provide data-driven recommendations and governance reporting. xqbhyrx
• Collaborate with Sales Excellence and cross-functional teams to support global capability-building initiatives.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Excellence, CRM, Marketing Operations, Commercial Excellence or Process Management
• Proven experience in process governance and continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and marketing funnel management
• Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen
• Experience working in international matrix organizations
• Fluent English
