You will drive deep code analysis, platform architecture, and eCommerce roadmap strategy while providing Shopify Plus technical support and contributing to rigorous code reviews and engineering excellence initiatives. The role prioritizes understanding the "why" behind the platform — not just writing code. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 ul liDevelop key system components, identify reusable modules, and optimize delivery times. /li liPerform deep code analysis, develop patches, and implement new platform features. /li liResearch platform capabilities and identify opportunities for the eCommerce roadmap. /li liEngage with Product Management on system design, capabilities, and innovative solutions. /li liProvide first-level Shopify technical support, troubleshoot critical issues, and conduct incident postmortems. /li liParticipate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical validation. /li liWork with the broader development team to ensure best practices in security and performance. /li liSupport Project Management with effort estimates and planning.
