ph3Highlights /h3 ul liLocation: Spain, Remote (CET) /li liLanguage: Russian-speaking team; English fluency required (C1) /li /ul h3About Fundraise Up /h3 pWe’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design. /p pOur platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of general NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver. /p h3A Truly Global Product /h3 pWe operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. /p h3The Team /h3 pWe are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. /p pDespite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first. /p h3About Core Products Platform /h3 pCore Products Platform is the foundation that powers the entire product — we build and maintain what every other direction at Fundraise Up depends on, and we directly secure the revenue that drives our mission. /p pWe own the full donation lifecycle: from the moment a donor lands on a checkout page to the financial flows behind every transaction, the integrations that connect our platform to the nonprofit’s ecosystem, and the platform infrastructure that makes everything scale. /p pExperiment velocity is our competitive DNA. 80%+ of growth experiments run through our products. We move fast, we measure everything, and we never break what matters. /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe are looking for bProduct Managers /b to join Core Products Platform and take full end-to-end ownership of a product domain that directly impacts donation volume, platform reliability, and nonprofit success. /p pThese are high-stakes, high-ownership roles. You will set strategy, define roadmaps, write specs that engineering can build from, and drive outcomes — not just ship features. You'll work in close partnership with Engineering,
Design, Analytics, GTM, and Customer Success to turn complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions. /p pYou won't be handed a finished playbook. You’ll help write it. /p h3What You’ll Own /h3 ul liProduct strategy and roadmap for your domain — with clear priorities and the reasoning behind every decision /li liEnd-to-end delivery from discovery through to launch and post-launch validation /li liSpecifications that engineering can build from — with detailed requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria covered /li liStakeholder alignment — keeping Engineering, GTM, Support, and leadership informed and coordinated /li liDomain health — product metrics, reliability signals, and the right balance between new features, experiments, and technical sustainability /li /ul h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDefine and own your domain's quarterly goals and success metrics /li liRun structured discovery: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel review, and data exploration /li liWrite engineering-ready specs — clear, with edge cases covered and no open questions left /li liPartner directly with PM Growth on experiment design and high-velocity delivery /li liCollaborate with GTM (Sales, CSM, PMM) to resolve enterprise-critical issues and translate client needs into scalable product improvements /li liTrack product health and understand what's driving changes — with clear attribution and causal reasoning /li liUse AI as a default tool across research, analysis, spec writing, and communication /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environment /li liProven ability to own a product area end-to-end — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks /li liStrong delivery track record: you ship complex features in high-pressure environments without dropping quality /li liAbility to write specifications engineers can build from — precise, with edge cases and acceptance criteria /li liData fluency: you define metrics, interpret results, and drive decisions with evidence /li liSystems thinking: you see the product as a whole, understand dependencies,
and anticipate the impact of decisions /li liStrong written and verbal communication in English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team /li liComfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is normal /li /ul h3Nice To Have /h3 ul liExperience in payments, fintech, or financial product flows /li liExperience in B2B SaaS platforms with API/integration complexity /li liExperience with A/B experimentation frameworks at high velocity /li liFamiliarity with enterprise nonprofit or fundraising domain /li /ul pAt Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool — not an experimental one /p pWe expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate. /p h3Why work with us /h3 ul liA strong, collaborative product team that owns what it builds /li liClear product vision and access to real customer feedback from global nonprofit leaders /li liFlat structure: no politics, just great work with great people /li liTransparent company culture-we share how we’re growing, where revenue comes from, and what’s next /li liLong-term focus: we offer equity options and value sustained, meaningful contribution /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ul liThe compensation range for this role is €5,600 - €6,100 gross. /li liFinal compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liPrivate medical insurance for the employee and their family /li li23 paid vacation days per year /li li11 paid public holidays per year /li li5 company-paid sick leave days /li liEnglish learning courses. /li liRelevant professional education. /li liGym or swimming pool. /li liHome Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace. /li liCo-working. /li liRemote working. /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer.
