As a Facilities Project Management Coordinator, you will coordinate and manage preventive and corrective maintenance across a network of the Pepe Jeans stores, ensuring proper functioning of facilities and acting as a liaison between stores, suppliers, and the Store Design team. Manage store openings and closures, ensuring operational continuity and budget control.

Responsibilities

- Manage maintenance of 80 stores, offices and showrooms through digital platform, coordinating incidents and requests.
- Act as communication bridge between stores and maintenance suppliers.
- Coordinate all services related to store closures and openings (installations, signage, furniture, technical services).
- Prioritize and follow up on work orders based on urgency and business impact.
- Manage maintenance budgets and validate supplier invoices.
- Collaborate with Store Design, Operations, VM, Product, Finance & Legal teams on store projects.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facility management, or supplier management (retail is a plus).
- Fluency in Spanish, Advanced level (min. C1) of English. Other languages will be valued.
- Basic understanding of construction systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. xcskxlj
