ppAn opportunity for MRO/Retrofit Process Leader has arisen within Airbus defence and space in San Pablo, Sevilla /ph3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliEnsure no gaps of information between different shifts to ensure right information transfer and work continuity. /liliManage the deviations. /liliTo ensure compliance with regards to the company Health and Safety standards, assuring quality of the work, times and cost set by the head of the area. /liliTo develop the blue collars skill matrix. /liliCollaborating in the organisation of training and processes necessary for the development of the skills of the team. /liliTo unblock any issues (work orders, defects, industrial means ect) to accomplish the daily/weekly plan. /liliShort-term Planning coordinator for the function. /liliResponsible to prepare the next day and week tasks and planning of works (people, tools, jobcards and aircraft conditions ready to carry out the job) /liliTo collaborate actively with all the support functions, engineering, production control and quality, contributing to the objectives of continuous improvement and the OES. /liliTo lead the PPS resolution at workshop level, develop knowledge rooms, participate in performance tracker reviews and act as a representative of the workshop in TIP meetings of the area. /liliMonitor the relevant KPI, solve the deviations from targets and identification of major industrial risks. /liliSecure the proper booking hour process of Blue collar. /liliForeign object damage prevention Support to the shop floor /li /ulh3SKILLS /h3ulliEducated in an Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.
