Working at the intersection of Finance, data science, and digital innovation, you'll lead high-impact initiatives that turn emerging technologies into scalable business solutions, helping drive smarter decisions and meaningful change across a integral organization. /p h3About The Role /h3 pLocation: Barcelona, Spain /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design, development, and deployment of AI, agentic workflow, and advanced analytics solutions that enhance Finance decision-making and operational efficiency. /li liOwn digital products end-to-end, from strategy and development through implementation, adoption, ongoing operations, and value realization. /li liPartner with Finance, Digital Finance, and Data IT teams to define data requirements and shape the roadmap for next-generation AI and ML-enabled capabilities. /li liDrive the industrialization of Finance processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable AI, automation, and digital solutions across planning, forecasting, and reporting. /li liLead cross-functional innovation initiatives and MVPs, translating business needs into scalable solutions and accelerating enterprise-wide adoption. /li liBuild strategic partnerships across Finance and other business functions to identify synergies, shape the future operating model, and deliver measurable transformation impact. /li /ul h3Essential Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.



/li li5-8 years of Finance experience within a global, complex organization. /li liStrong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business analytics. /li liHands-on experience or strong learning agility with Artificial Intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, NotebookLM, Gamma, and Synthesia. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders. /li liFluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Desirable Requirements /h3 ul liMaster of Business Administration or equivalent advanced degree. /li liProject management experience delivering complex cross-functional digital transformation initiatives. /li /ul h3Benefits Rewards /h3 pAt Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen. /p pExpected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 59,100 - 109,700 EUR /p pThe base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. /p pIn addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
