As People Operations Manager in our Barcelona office, you will be the local on-site anchor for HR in Spain, driving an exceptional employee experience and ensuring compliant, efficient people processes. You’ll partner with the HRBP team, own onboarding/offboarding, data integrity in Workday, and policy implementation at scale. This role blends hands-on operations with strategic policy design in a fast-growing fintech. You’ll shape our Spain people agenda and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Being the main on-site contact for HR matters in Barcelona for employees and managers
• Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes and daily HR queries
• Maintaining accurate people data in HR systems (Workday)
• Serving as the go-to expert for HR policies, contracts,



and procedures
• Advising on local legal practices and Spanish labour regulations
• Participating in HR projects such as policy improvements and HRIS upgrades
• Supporting payroll data inputs within a defined scope and ensuring data compliance
• Leading HR lifecycle topics in collaboration with the People team

Responsabilidades
• xqbhyrx 8+ years of experience in People Operations / HR generalist roles
• Strong knowledge of HR and legal topics
• Hands-on with ability to multitask and stay rigorous
• Autonomy to operate with limited oversight
• Strong relationship-building and trust within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
