ppAt Orient Path, we partner with high-growth companies globally. /p pWe are currently hiring a Chief Marketing Officer for one of our key clients — Constructor Knowledge is the education arm of the Constructor group, bringing together degree-granting and lifelong-learning institutions: Constructor University in Bremen, EBAC in Brazil, Nexford University, and further acquired and partner entities under one mission: to expand access to high-quality education worldwide and serve ten times more learners with ten times greater efficiency. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing across this multi-institution, multi-market portfolio: building the Constructor Knowledge masterbrand, growing student recruitment and enrolment, and sharpening the positioning of each institution in its market. This is a senior, execution-oriented role for a leader who understands education marketing at scale, student‑acquisition funnels, international recruitment, academic brand and reputation, and the data and systems that drive enrolment. You will partner closely with institutional leadership, admissions, academic teams, partnerships, and the Office of the CEO to turn a portfolio of distinctive institutions into a coherent, growth‑driving brand system across Europe, Latin America, North America, MENA, and Asia. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn marketing strategy across Constructor Knowledge and its institutions (Constructor University Bremen, EBAC, Nexford, and acquired or partner entities) — covering brand, enrolment, reputation, communications, and digital. /li liBuild and govern the Constructor Knowledge masterbrand and brand architecture, clarifying how the group brand and individual institutional brands relate to and reinforce one another. /li liDrive student recruitment and enrolment growth across undergraduate, graduate, executive, and online programmes, optimising the full funnel from awareness to applied, admitted, and enrolled. /li liLead international student acquisition across priority markets through digital, content,
events and education fairs, and recruitment‑agent and channel networks. /li liStrengthen academic brand, reputation, and rankings positioning through thought leadership, research storytelling, PR, and stakeholder communications. /li liBuild and run the marketing technology and analytics stack — CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and reporting to measure cost‑per‑enrolment, yield, conversion, and ROI across institutions. /li liDevelop partner, alumni, employer, and ecosystem marketing that supports recruitment, graduate placement, and institutional reputation. /li liLead, mentor, and scale marketing teams across institutions; coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and vendors; and own marketing budget and allocation across the portfolio. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership in higher education, EdTech, or another international, brand‑ and growth‑driven environment. /li liProven track record of growing student recruitment or customer acquisition across multiple markets, institutions or products, and segments. /li liStrong command of brand strategy and brand architecture, ideally across a multi‑brand or portfolio context. /li liDeep experience in digital and demand/enrolment marketing — paid media, SEO, content, events, email, and CRM‑driven nurture. /li liStrong understanding of marketing analytics, funnel metrics, CRM, automation, and performance reporting (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, SEO and analytics platforms). /li liExperience leading marketing teams, agencies, budgets, and cross‑functional initiatives across markets.
/li liUnderstanding of AI‑driven marketing and its role in positioning, content production, customer engagement, and marketing operations. /li liExcellent leadership, communication, stakeholder‑management, analytical, and strategic‑thinking skills. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liExperience marketing degree‑granting universities or executive and online education internationally. /li liFamiliarity with international student‑recruitment ecosystems: agents, fairs, rankings, and accreditation‑driven reputation. /li liExperience integrating, repositioning, or rebranding acquired institutions within a portfolio. /li liAdditional languages relevant to priority markets (German, Portuguese, Spanish, or Arabic). /li /ul h3Pay range and compensation package /h3 ul liBe a defining leader in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven international education group at the forefront of education and research. /li liShape marketing across a distinctive portfolio of universities and learning institutions spanning three continents. /li liInternational, adaptable environment with mobility across Constructor locations (Bremen, Belgrade, Sofia, Istanbul, Singapore, and others). /li liChoice of work equipment: laptop, monitor, and other necessary tools. /li liEnglish classes through iTalki, with a monthly allowance of USD 130. /li liFlexible schedule, we usually work between 09:00/10:00 and 18:00/19:00 CET or EET. /li liNewborn bonus of EUR 500 per child, patent remuneration, and paid leave. /li liRemote work where we have no office; hybrid (2 days in‑office, 3 days remote) in locations with offices. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pConstructor fosters equal opportunity for people of all backgrounds and identities.
