This role is highly client‑facing and requires strong operational expertise, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced, competitive environment. /ppThe successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring compliant, timely, and high‑quality payroll and employment services while maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Service Delivery Operations /h3ulliManage end‑to‑end EOR and GPO service delivery, including payroll, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle administration in EU. /liliEnsure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with labour law, tax, and social security regulations in EU. /liliCoordinate with internal payroll, HR, finance, and external vendors (e.g. tax advisors, authorities). /liliProactively identify and resolve payroll, compliance, and operational issues before they escalate. /li /ulh3Client Management /h3ulliServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships. /liliProvide clear, confident guidance to clients on Germany employment, payroll, and compliance matters.



/liliManage client expectations effectively, especially in complex or high-pressure situations. /liliSupport client onboarding, transitions, and ongoing service improvements. /li /ulh3Compliance Risk Management /h3ulliMonitor changes in various EU employment, payroll, and social security regulations and assess impact to clients. /liliEnsure documentation, controls, and processes meet internal governance and audit standards. /liliEscalate risks, non-compliance, or exceptions in a timely and structured manner. /li /ulh3Performance in a Competitive Market /h3ulliDeliver consistent, high-quality service while managing multiple clients and tight deadlines. /liliDemonstrate commercial awareness, balancing service excellence with cost efficiency. /liliContribute to process improvements, standardisation, and scalability of Germany services. /li /ulh3Required Experience Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in EOR, or GPO service delivery. /liliStrong practical knowledge of any EU countries’ payroll, labour law, social security, and statutory filings. /liliPrior experience in a client-facing role, managing international or multinational clients. /liliProven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment. /liliExperience working in a regional or global payroll / HR services provider is highly preferred. /liliExcellent client communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliStrong attention to detail with a structured, solution-oriented mindset. /liliAbility to handle pressure, competing priorities, and critical payroll timelines. /liliCommercially aware and cost-conscious while maintaining service quality. /liliFluent in English, Chinese and any foreign language skills are a strong advantage. /liliHands‑on experience with any payroll systems will be a strong advantage. /li /ulh3Location Work Arrangement /h3ulliRole can be based in Spain or anywhere within the EU. /liliRemote or hybrid working arrangement, subject to business needs. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
