This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of commercial breeding activities, collaborate with international RD teams, and contribute to the development of the next generation of successful pepper varieties. /p h3Your Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and develop commercial pepper breeding programmes. /li liDesign and implement breeding strategies using modern breeding techniques. /li liCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across Breeding, Research and Product Development. /li liEvaluate breeding material and support the successful development and launch of new varieties. /li liDrive the continuous improvement of breeding methodologies and processes. /li liContribute to innovation within an international RD environment. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in vegetable breeding; experience with pepper is advantageous but not essential. /li liStrong scientific background combined with a practical, hands-on approach to field work. /li liProfessional working proficiency in English.
