You will ensure timely delivery, maintain quality, and align activities with project KPIs and EU commitments. Your role bridges internal teams and external partners to deliver services according to scope and agreed timelines. /p h3Key Duties /h3 ul liPlan and manage AI Factory service engagements (consulting, onboarding, expert support, training). /li liDefine timelines, milestones, dependencies, and allocate resources for each engagement. /li liEnsure projects are delivered within agreed scope, effort, and constraints. /li liCoordinate internal teams—AI Engineers, HPC, Data, Domain Experts— involved in service delivery. /li liAct as the single point of coordination between technical teams and the One‑Stop‑Shop. /li liManage interactions with external partners (RES nodes, sectorial hubs, startups, SMEs). /li liMonitor scope adherence and prevent uncontrolled scope expansion. /li liIdentify delivery risks (capacity, dependencies, data readiness) and define mitigation actions. /li liTrack progress, service delivery status, and consumption of allocated effort. /li liMaintain clear project documentation and reporting aligned with EU requirements. /li liSupport KPI tracking and evidence generation for AI Factory reviews and audits.
