In this role, you'll handle the logistical organization and execution of events and also participate in the promotion of our participation. You'll be involved in everything from vendor coordination to on‑site support, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to maximize visibility and ensure smooth execution. /p pThis dynamic role requires a proactive and highly organized individual, ready to excel in a fast‑paced environment and drive our event strategies forward. We look for people who love what they do, have strong communication skills, can understand the needs of the industry, and are proactive and curious about solving challenging problems in a collaborative environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage conference participation and execution, including vendor coordination, logistics, team support, and hotel bookings. /li liAssist with conference event requests and ensure efficient organization of materials and activities.



/li liTravel to conferences to assist with event management and product demonstrations. /li liCollaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to prepare for events and manage inquiries. /li liEnsure timely and effective internal communication with all stakeholders. /li liHelp coordinate conference agendas and participation with Sales/BD teams. /li liSupport the Marketing team in online event planning initiatives. /li liManage event‑related email campaigns and social media promotion to drive attendance and engagement at conferences. /li liSupport social media channels, including content creation, posting and reporting on LinkedIn and Twitter. /li liAssist with content creation for blog posts and educational materials. /li liHelp promote the company's expertise through insightful content and strategic marketing efforts. /li liWork closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment and project delivery. /li liStay organized to meet deadlines and engage all stakeholders effectively. /li liContribute to team meetings with insights to optimize processes and marketing strategies. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
