As Country Director for Arrive’s Parking Business Unit, you lead the country’s growth strategy and revenue targets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align local initiatives with global objectives while navigating regulatory and market dynamics. You drive client relationships with government bodies and key customers, shaping the company’s footprint in the region. This role blends strategic leadership, market insight, and stakeholder engagement to advance urban mobility. You will inspire and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver sustainable growth.

• Develop and execute a country-specific sales and business development strategy to grow revenue and market share.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse sales team to achieve results.
• Oversee end-to-end sales cycle and account management to build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with global and regional functions (operations, finance, HR, marketing)

• Act as the primary ambassador, building relationships with government bodies, clients, and industry stakeholders.

Responsabilidades
• 8-12+ years in sales and business development with 3-5+ years in a senior leadership or country management role (mobility, B2G, B2B, or technology preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong understanding of local market landscape and regulatory context.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Workspace. xqbhyrx
