Instal.lacions Oci i aventura is looking for a dedicated Leisure and Adventure Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, lead an operational team, and ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOverseeing and supervising daily activities as well as the general condition of the facilities /li liCoordinating, motivating, and leading the operational team to maintain efficient daily workflow /li liDelivering top-tier customer service and direct orientation, guaranteeing an excellent visitor experience /li liEnforcing strict compliance with and continuous control of all safety protocols /li liManaging daily organizational needs, troubleshooting operational challenges, and handling incident resolution /li liPlanning and designing special events, local functions, and brand-new guest activities /li liSupervising catering services, overseeing stock purchases, and managing relations with external suppliers /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in operational management or leisure facilities /li liIntermediate proficiency in English (B1 level)
