/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive the delivery and activation of loyalty-related use cases across CRM and customer data platforms /li liOwn and manage the CRM CDP product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business objectives /li liAct as primary point of contact for business stakeholders, translating needs into actionable requirements /li liServe as the functional front-end for CRM Marketing technologies, providing guidance on platform capabilities, solution options, and prioritization trade-offs. /li liPromote the adoption of AI-powered solutions to enhance customer experience, personalization, operational efficiency, and business value /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, sales, external vendors), monitoring delivery progress, risks and dependencies /li liEnsure alignment between platform evolution and overall customer strategy /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience (3-5 years) as Product Owner / Product Manager in CRM or Customer Data platforms /li liStrong knowledge of CRM ecosystems (e.g. Salesforce) and CDP solutions /li liExperience in automotive (preferred) or multi-channel customer environments /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liExperience in agile methodologies and backlog management /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li liExperience in multi-country or international project environments /li liFluent in English (written and spoken) /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
