(Titan OS), the Barcelona-based technology, entertainment, and advertising company, is looking for a Legal Counsel with a strong focus on data protection and digital advertising law. /p pbRole Overview: /b The role, based in Barcelona and part of the Legal Compliance team, will be the go-to advisor on privacy and data protection compliance matters, while also supporting commercial law topics and bridging the legal and technology worlds in an international environment. /li /ul h3Legal Contractual Expertise /h3 ul liDraft, review, and negotiate DPAs, Data Privacy Addendums, and related contractual and policy documentation. /li liEnsure consistency and compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy, and industry frameworks (including IAB TCF v2.2). /li /ul h3Data Protection Governance /h3 ul liMaintain and oversee key compliance documentation, including RoPAs, DPIAs, Transfer Impact Assessments, and records of lawful bases for processing. /li liSupport internal stakeholders with privacy impact assessments and risk management processes. /li liLiaise with external counsel to deliver timely, pragmatic, and commercially aligned legal solutions. /li /ul h3Nice to Have – Cybersecurity Certifications /h3 ul liCollaborate with Cybersecurity and InfoSec teams to support documentation and processes related to certifications (ISO 27001, ISO 27018/19, etc.). /li liContribute to compliance materials for audits, certifications, and external assessments. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liQualified Lawyer in Spain (Bar admission required). /li li5+ years of experience in data protection and privacy law, ideally within AdTech, digital media, or related industries. /li liStrong knowledge of GDPR, ePrivacy, and European data protection frameworks. /li liHands‑on experience drafting and assessing DPAs, Data Privacy Addendums,
