In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our People Operations throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient processes that help both our employees and organization thrive. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the end-to-end employee lifecycle in our HR systems (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and more). /li liSupport payroll preparation and coordinate closely with external payroll providers. /li liMaintain and update employee data in HR systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong data integrity.



/li liAct as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and systems. /li liSupport HR audits, projects, and continuous process improvements. /li liServe as a super user for the company’s HR systems and tools. /li liPrepare and deliver HR reports and analysis to support management decision-making. /li liManage relationships with insurance and pension providers. /li liEnsure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across international HR processes. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 h3Qualification requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, internships, or a related field. /li liBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. /li liProven experience in an international work environment, handling multi-country HR processes. /li liFoundational knowledge of European labor laws. /li liBasic understanding of payroll systems, compensation structures, and HR regulations across multiple countries. /li liProficiency in HR technology, including HRIS, payroll software, and data analytics tools.
