In this role you will partner with managers across Europe to navigate complex people challenges and drive better workforce outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change, shaping how we support ~200 employees across Europe. You’ll combine practical HR expertise with data and tools to diagnose issues, inform decisions, and enable cross-functional programs. This position offers impact across Europe, a focus on people-first culture, and opportunities to influence retention and effectiveness in a growing energy company.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Coach managers to drive performance conversations and effective decision-making
• Serve as primary contact for employee relations across Europe, handling investigations and sensitive issues
• Oversee offboarding processes ensuring local employment law compliance
• Support performance management processes including goal setting and evaluations




• Facilitate compensation reviews and calibration to balance retention and performance
• Collaborate with Talent, Total Rewards, and General Mobility to deliver Europe-wide people programs
• Use data and emerging tools (including AI) to diagnose challenges and improve workforce decisions
• Support talent reviews and succession planning to prepare critical roles for the future
• Identify compliance risks and ensure policies align with legal requirements across Europe

Responsabilidades xqbhyrx
• 7+ years in HR Business Partner or senior HR Advisor role
• Formal HR qualification preferred
• Experience in employee relations, organizational behavior, performance management, policy implementation and employment practices across Europe
• Global HR experience preferred
• Exposure to the energy sector is a plus
