Bring your ideas to a dynamic, modern ecosystem and help us build the next generation of aerospace solutions. /ph3Description /h3pYou will join the multicultural and multidisciplinary IM Integration Digital Technologies team, which actively contributes to the digitalization of our business and is operating a Workload Automation platform based on the Control-M tool suite. The platform is used to automate business processes across all domains and functions within the company and becoming more and more a critical part of our IM infrastructure. /ph3Your challenges, main tasks accountabilities /h3ulliPlatform Operations: Ensure the proper real-time monitoring and operation of the Control-M production plan, working in close collaboration with related subcontractors. /liliWorkflow Creation: Manage and deliver required change requests, job scheduling, and new feature requests (Build) based on functional specifications. /liliIncident Management: Act as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting job failures, analyzing logs/Sysout,



and performing recovery actions to meet operational SLAs. /liliService Lifecycle: Contribute to the product and service strategy by defining scheduling rules, calendars, and optimization through On-Do actions. /liliCollaboration: Work with the IM Security team to ensure that automation standards and developed solutions meet security constraints and compliance. /liliStakeholder Management: Act as a technical focal point for all actors involved in the batch processing ecosystem. /li /ulh3Your Main Interfaces In This Mission Will Be /h3ulliControl-M Product Owner /liliBusiness Process Owners App Teams /liliAirbus Control-M CoE /liliIM Security Project Managers /li /ulh3Skills /h3pYou have the following skills and competencies: /pulliDegree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field. /liliControl-M Expertise: Strong experience in Workload Automation (V9.x or higher), including Monitoring, Planning, and Configuration. /liliTechnical Background: Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments, with the ability to read/modify Shell, Bash, or PowerShell scripts. /liliProactive Attitude: Team player with a "can-do" attitude and experience working in international teams. /liliQuality Focus: Good understanding of business requirements and a commitment to maintaining production stability. /liliCommunication: English at negotiation level. /li /ulh3Following Skills Would Be a Plus /h3ulliExperience with Control-M MFT (Managed File Transfer) or specific add-ons (Databases, Cloud). /liliExperience with Scrum and SAFe methodologies. /liliGerman / French /li /ulh3Which Benefits Will You Have As Airbus Employee? /h3ulliVacation days plus additional days-off along the year (Apróx. 35 days per year in total).
