This role is ideal for someone with strong visual design skills who is passionate about creating assets that strengthen the brand. /p pAs a bDigital Designer /b, you'll play a key role in how millions of families experience the Qustodio brand. You'll create and evolve high-impact designs across multiple touchpoints including websites, landing pages, CRM communications, email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, presentations and brand initiatives. Whether designing a landing page, an email journey or a campaign, you’ll think critically about how design communicates value, drives meaningful engagement and helps families navigate complex topics. You are naturally curious about digital best practices, someone who brings fresh ideas and helps elevate the quality of the brand design throughout the company. /p pYou’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, UX, Content and Development teams. As part of a small design team, you’ll be expected to take ownership of your work, contribute to team brainstormings and deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented design solutions.



/p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDesign high-quality digital assets across the website, landing pages, emails, CRM journeys, social media, paid campaigns and brand communications in the marketing team. /li liThis role is ideal for someone with strong visual design skills who is passionate about creating assets that strengthen the brand. /li liCreate responsive experiences across desktop and mobile environments. /li liWork within and contribute to Qustodio's design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability and efficiency. /li liPresent and communicate design decisions clearly, connecting creative choices to user and business goals. /li liEnsure all deliverables meet brand, accessibility and quality standards before implementation. /li liUnderstand project goals, user needs, technical constraints and implementation requirements to create effective, scalable and maintainable designs. /li liContribute to the evolution of brand guidelines, design processes, systems and team workflows, identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency across the design team. /li liStay informed about digital trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring to the team: /h3 h3Experience Expertise: /h3 ul liFluent in English (required). Spanish is highly valued. /li liExperience 5+ years in Digital Design, Brand Design, Visual Design or similar roles. /li liStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital work across multiple channels and formats, showcasing the creative process from concept/problem definition to final solution, including design rationale and execution. /li liExtensive experience designing for websites, landing pages, email marketing, social media and other digital touchpoints, with a strong understanding of responsive design,



conversion-focused design and cross-platform experiences. /li liExcellent visual design skills, including typography, hierarchy, layout, composition, colour and visual storytelling. /li liExceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. /li liExperience working with brand systems, design systems and component- based digital ecosystems, with the ability to ensure consistency and the evolution of Qustodio’s visual guidelines across all channels. /li liExpertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and related tools). /li liStrong ability to identify opportunities and translate insights into design solutions, with an understanding of performance-driven design. /li liSolid understanding of accessibility, usability and modern digital design best practices. /li /ul h3Ways of working: /h3 ul liAbility to work independently, take ownership of design decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently explain and defend design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. /li liFamiliarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
