ph3Overview /h3 pThe Payroll Manager is responsible for managing staff to provide efficient Payroll services for employees based in different countries across Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Poland). /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liManages payroll team of 8 payroll experts /li liOptimizes internal and external company processes as they relate to Payroll /li liCoaches the Payroll Team in resolving complex Payroll processing and employee Payroll issues /li liProvides Payroll reporting and payments are compliant and aligned with company policies, generally accepted accounting principles and regulations /li liServes as supplier relationship manager for vendors, overseeing all interactions, including performance, processes, contractual agreements, and payments /li liActing as the Payroll workstream lead in cross-functional projects /li liMaintain strong partnerships with key functions, particularly HR Services, including Benefits and Compensation, Labor Relations, General Mobility, Legal, Finance,



and other functional support areas /li /ul h3Skills / Experiences /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills and employee-centric service focus /li liKnowledge of relevant laws governing Payroll (e.g., tax, withholding and wage garnishment) in bPortugal, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Poland. /b /li libMulti-country payroll manager experience across Portugal, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Sweden, Denmark. Experience with Poland is highly desirable. /b /li liStrong problem-solving abilities. Is required to analyse issues and create action plans /li liTrack record of building solid relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners /li liKnowledge of relevant software (MS Office) with good working knowledge in Excel and Word /li liHighly organized and able to prioritize workload and manage deadlines with attention to detail /li liExperience in working in a multilateral, multinational team /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5 years of proven Payroll Management experience in an international environment /li liA minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team in a matrix organization /li liLanguage Skills: Fluent in English and any additional European Language will be a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
