As aTechnical authority for Data Center u0026amp; Multi-System Integration, you will translate customer specifications into integrated solutions across electrical, cooling, and digital domains. You work within the OneSol Europe Team supporting strategic Data Center accounts and coordinate with factories to ensure compliant, winning technical responses. You thrive in a fast-paced opportunity lifecycle, driving end-to-end technical coordination with autonomy. Your work shapes scalable architectures for complex, multi-technology data center projects. This role offers meaningful impact through enabling sustainable, high-performance data center solutions.

• Capture and translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Define and lead cross-disciplinary solution architecture (electrical, mechanical, cooling, digital, software, third-party systems)
• Prescribe standard architectures for regional accounts and develop competitive technical strategies
• Lead technical solution development: integration, design optimization, equipment selection, scope definition
• Ensure compliance with specifications, Schneider Electric standards, and regulations




• Identify and mitigate technical risks and interface challenges throughout the lifecycle
• Support workshops, technical presentations, proofs-of-concept, and solution validation
• Define engineering effort, resources, and execution assumptions for delivery post-award
• Provide technical leadership to tendering, engineering, sales, and execution teams; contribute to innovation and knowledge sharing

Responsabilidades
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in solution engineering, technical leadership, system architecture, or related customer project environments
• Proven experience designing and leading xqbhyrx complex integrated solutions with multiple technologies and stakeholders
• Experience in international/matrix organizations; Data Center experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of system integration involving Schneider Electric and third-party technologies is advantageous
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus
