ppThe Medical Education Lead (Sports Medicine) for Iberia is responsible for leading strategic medical education initiatives and KOL engagement activities across Spain and Portugal. This role focuses on developing impactful professional education programs that support clinical excellence, product adoption, customer engagement, and long‑term business growth. /p pThe individual will work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical Education, and EEMEA stakeholders to design and execute high‑value educational strategies, strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, and support product launch initiatives through targeted scientific and clinical engagement. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to translate market and customer insights into effective educational and engagement plans aligned with regional business priorities. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liKnow the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors. /li liLead development of educational and promotional content in collaboration with HCPs and cross‑functional stakeholders. /li liOwn program development usingthe guidancefrom others. /li liCollaboratewith key stakeholders, close cross functional collaboration with broader Medical Education/ product marketing/SE, etc. /li liBuild and manage strategic KOL relationships across Iberia. /li liCoordinate faculty engagement and speaker development. /li liLead educational delivery for all product launch activities, sales promotion, marketing initiatives and physician/nurse and field sale training. /li liProvide field supportonall product promotions and field incentive programs specific to product line.
/li liOrganize and promote classroom/virtual educational programs.Collaborate with EU Sales enablement colleagues to deliver best in class internaltrainings. /li liIdentifywhat we want to measure/track and mostappropriate method. /li liStrategic Vision-strong understanding of our medical education and business strategy.Individualstartsto provide input to futurestrategy. /li liAssemble budget worksheets,maintainlog of expenses and final budget analysis. /li liIdentity opportunities to decrease costs by evaluating currentprogram,processesand associated costs. /li liCascade divisional/medical education branding and strategy. /li liShare content and messaging in partnership with Marketing Communications andutilizemost effective platform. /li /ul h3Required /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree. /li li4+ years of work experience. /li li2+ years in marketing, medical education within medical device/Healthcare. /li liInterpersonal and relationship management skills / ability to work independently and in collaboration: team oriented/ verbal and written communication skills. /li liExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liStrong business acumen and customer centric mindset. /li liExperiencemanaging cross‑functional projects ormultipleprojects while delivering on established timelines. /li liExperience with digital education tools and omnichannel engagement preferred. /li liAbility to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority. /li liMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies. /li liDemonstratedproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word PowerPoint). /li liFluent Spanish and Englishrequired. /li liExperience across Iberian healthcare systems preferred. /li liAbility to travel within Spain and Portugal(50%). /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liMBA. /li liMedical Educationexperience preferred. /li liPortuguese preferred. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
