Your responsibilities and impact as a Managing Director: Leading and shaping the strategic vision while ensuring operational and sustained growth. Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan in alignment with the overall vision and objectives. Drive initiatives and expand the market presence, increase revenue streams and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Oversee all aspects of say-to-say operations, including production, supply chain, sales and marketing. Implement efficient processes and optimize productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness Make sure to follow industry standards, regulatory requirements and ethical practices Develop annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans collaborating with the finance team Monitor financial performance,



manage cash flows and investments and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company’s financial health.
