In this role you own and continuously improve the forecast for a defined set of countries within Amazon's European Last Mile network. You will present plans to leadership, justify assumptions, and investigate misses to drive corrective actions. You’ll contribute to the weekly planning cadence and build automation to sharpen forecasts with a technically strong team. The work centers on delivering accurate, cost-efficient volume plans that scale across Europe and enable faster, more reliable deliveries.

• Own the forecast for a defined scope (multiple countries or forecasting parameters) end to end
• Lead the weekly planning cadence: ingest demand signals, produce the plan, publish to Operations and stakeholders
• Report plans to leadership with clear justification of assumptions and trade-offs




• Deep-dive forecast misses: identify root causes, quantify impact, drive corrective actions
• Lead improvement projects to redesign forecasting methods, add drivers, or close accuracy gaps
• Build or extend forecasting tools and automation for broader adoption
• Collaborate with cross-team Ops, transportation, and upstream planning to improve end-to-end planning
• Drive standardization: xqbhyrx convert manual processes into scalable, repeatable workflows across Europe

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business administration or related field
• Knowledge of a data-focused tool (Python, SQL, Alteryx, Amazon QuickSight or similar)
• Experience with Python, Perl, or another scripting language
