Draft, review and negotiate contracts (Spanish and English), in close collaboration with our General CounselSupport real estate acquisitions, sales and due diligenceRedesign and speed up legal workflows using AIWork closely with external lawyers,



notaries and public authoritiesWhat we’re looking for

MUST-HAVES

Law degree from a Spanish university (Grado en Derecho or equivalent), full bar admission (colegiado) is a plus but not requiredNative or near-native Spanish and fluent English, spoken and written5–10 years of legal experienceHands-on experience actively using AI tools in legal work (e.g. Claude, Claude Legal, ChatGPT) to work faster and more accurately, this is essential, not a nice-to-haveStrong drafting, analytical and organisational skillsAble to work independently, efficiently and commerciallyNICE-TO-HAVES

Experience at a property developer or real estate companyExperience with international clients and cross-border transactionsWhat we offer
