Responsibilities * Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance on various facilities and technical equipment. * Performing key repairs, system adjustments, and necessary equipment modifications to ensure optimal performance. * Conducting essential monitoring and control of water systems and waste management protocols. * Supporting operational teams during equipment setups, technical assemblies, and internal relocations.





Requirements * A minimum of 1 year of documented work experience in maintenance functions. * A valid Class B driving license to support your work duties. * Preferred qualification: Vocational training (FP) specializing in building maintenance or electrical systems. * Preferred qualification: Specialized training in legionellosis prevention protocols. * Se requiere al menos 1 año de experiencia en el puesto de trabajo y carné de conducir B.

Position Details The position is a temporary contract within the private healthcare sector in Palma, Mallorca.

The position operates on a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday, working either from 07:00 to 14:00 or from 14:30 to 21:30, plus alternating Saturday morning shifts.
