The Role We are looking for an experienced Freelance Construction Site Manager to oversee the on-site supervision of painting and drywall (plasterboard) works across the Formula 1 Madrid hospitality areas.

Acting as MATCH Hospitality's on-site representative during afternoon and evening shifts, you will monitor contractor performance, report on daily progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.





Key Responsibilities * Supervise on-site construction and fit-out activities within the hospitality areas. * Coordinate and monitor contractors and subcontractors. * Ensure works are completed according to programme, quality and safety requirements. * Identify issues proactively and elevate risks when required. * Report daily progress to the Project Management team. * Coordinate with technical, production and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery. * Represent MATCH Hospitality on-site during the assigned shifts.

Requirements * Previous experience as a Site Manager, Construction Supervisor or similar role. * Experience supervising contractors on live construction or fit-out projects. * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Based in Madrid or able to work on-site throughout the project. #J-18808-Ljbffr
