Role

As a Senior Data & BI Business Analyst (Finance), you will be:

- Understanding Finance business challenges and translating them into structured functional requirements
- Gathering, analysing, and prioritising requirements through stakeholder workshops, and producing detailed functional specifications for BI & Analytics solutions
- Defining data models and business objects with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers, applying dimensional modeling (star schema, facts, dimensions, KPIs,



semantic models)
- Supporting UAT, validation, and ensuring business requirements are met throughout delivery
- Upholding data governance, business rules, documentation, and data-quality standards, and driving user adoption of BI/Data best practices

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including:

- 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis. The idóneo candidate now has a role of Project Manager / Delivery Coordinator.
- Experience on Finance projects is a must
- Experience with modern analytics platforms such as Power BI, Databricks, dbt, or cloud data platforms
- Good understanding of dimensional data modeling and BI semantic models / analytical reporting platforms
- Fluent French (mandatory) and a good professional level of English
- Based in or able to work on-site in Barcelona from the beginning of September
- Nice to have: experience in the watchmaking / luxury manufacturing industry
