About the role
The Purchasing trainee will support the Purchasing Team and Manager during their daily operations. In a regular daily basis, you will collaborate with the Purchasing Team, assisting the internal stakeholder and helping the procedures with the hotel suppliers.
You will collaborate with the Manager and Team in creating accounting reports for financial control, and always collaborate with other departments to provide excellent service and become a brand ambassador of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay.
You will have the opportunity to be in touch with other departments, and getting connection with the Hotel requirements.
Program length: 4 to 6 months
Start date: April – May 2023

What you need to have
- Hospitality and Hotel Management Student (Diploma, University studies or Master).
- Fluent in English (B2+ or above) and independent level of Spanish (B2).
- User level of Microsoft Office.
- Passion for delivering great guest services.
- Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.
