What you will do

- Drive the performance vision of diesel propulsion systems, ensuring excellence in emissions, efficiency, drivability, and NVH.

- Transform customer expectations into bold, measurable technical goals that guide the entire project.

- Lead and energize cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation across disciplines.





- Own the performance roadmap—building, managing, and delivering on technical contracts with precision.

- Be the voice of performance in strategic meetings, influencing high-level decisions with expert insights.

- Balance ambition and feasibility, ensuring top-tier results that align with cost, value, and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for

- 6+ years of experience in the automotive sector (calibration, mechanical design, or component reliability)

- Advanced academic background (Master’s or PhD) in combustion engines, preferably diesel-focused.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical convergence.

- High proficiency in English; French is a valuable asset.

- Strong soft skills: team leadership, clear communication, organizational mindset, autonomy, and a passion for automotive innovation.
